Privacy Policy
Airverse is built for airsoft players to find games, manage friends and squads, track gear, and keep game-day history. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
We collect account details, profile information, sign-in records, friend and squad relationships, messages, RSVPs, armory items, loadouts, game history, reports, notifications, and basic technical data needed to run the service.
If you use Google sign-in, Google shares your verified email, name, and profile image. Airverse uses that information to create or find your account.
Privacy Controls
Profiles, armory items, loadouts, and game history are private by default where the app provides a visibility choice. You can choose to share gear with friends, squad members, or the public.
Messages are limited to accepted friends. Blocking a player prevents direct messaging between both accounts.
Location and Media
Airverse does not run hidden GPS tracking. Location is used only when you explicitly allow it, such as sorting nearby games in your browser. Uploaded maps and photos currently stay in your browser unless a future server upload flow is added.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate accounts, show fields and events, support RSVP and squad planning, display shared gear according to your visibility settings, deliver notifications, improve safety, prevent abuse, and respond to support or moderation needs.
Deletion
You can delete your account from the member profile/settings area. Account deletion removes your account and owned app data handled by the backend, subject to records we may need to retain for safety, security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
